Here are some shots I took while Jen, Butter, and I foraged porcini. We came back and ate such an incredible lunch after being outside for a big chunk of the day. Thanks again Jen and Jeremy for being such good friends and hosts. Thanks Butter for being a good friend and teacher. Last but not least thanks to the husband for driving to Boulder twice.

Oh my. You all are so fancy! I have no idea what porcini is but I’m off to look it up. The salad looks really good especially with the jicama. What was the corn sauteed in?

Ha, not fancy at all. ;) The corn was sautéed in olive oil.
