I love to eat! I live to eat!

The latest news…

Well, it turns out that I’ll be staying in Germany after all when the Mr. goes to his OCS schooling/training back in the States. The actual details are complicated, more so because of the military jargon, but basically this will require less paperwork and etc. What an emotional rollercoaster, hahaha! So, I’ll be here for about another year then the Mr. and I will be home hunting in Colorado and I’ll move there via Germany sometime in 2009. People, last chance to come visit me. I’m up for traveling through Europe since I’ll be alone. BUT I’ll still be going on holiday (for over a month or so) to the East Coast this summer or autumn. Too bad I won’t be able to live in NYC again, maybe one day.

I’m quite surprised that this is turning out the way it is… both sad and happy too. BUT I wasn’t quite ready for the culture shock of moving back… will I ever be? Probably not. I get more chances to explore places that I didn’t get to a chance to go to now! Plus, more chances to visit Italy… I’m in love. Oh and Paris again… or Southern France. ;)

That’s all, for now!

*EDIT* Due to yet ANOTHER military fuck up, this may not be the case… I’m quite LIVID right now. TBC

Yes, tour around Europe as much as possible while you’re still there. It’s sad that you won’t be able to live in NYC for the time being, but it doesn’t mean it’s forever! You still have your whole life ahead of you, and plenty of chances to visit as well.

Thanks for all the comments! I’m sad that I won’t actually be able to stay in Europe longer now, but I’ve had (soon to be) four good years! Plus, it’s looking like I will be spending a lot of time in NYC. I probably won’t get an apartment, that wouldn’t make sense, but I’ll be there A LOT! :D Then we’re off to live in Colorado…
