Lots of green!
Dinkel-Grünkern is spelt that is harvested before it ripens then smoked. So for dinner today I made burgers out of a mix that also contained rolled oats, sesame seeds, herbs, a bit of flour and cornstarch. They were better than the last veggie burgers that I tried, actually. I also had a nice salad of sunflower sprouts (my current obsession), alfalfa sprouts, radishes, fresh ricotta cheese, and lightly pan grilled asparagus with balsamic vinegar and olive oil “dressing.” All organic, of course. I think even the Mr. would have enjoyed this immensely.
