Dinner and a conversation.
Wow, two blog posts in a day! That’s unusual for me. Since the Mr. will be going away for a few weeks, work related, I made one of his favorite meals. Well, a version of it anyway. I’ve been working a lot lately, with various things, but with one major project mostly. All positive developments, crossing my fingers. Sorry about the watermark, I’ve been wrestling all damn day with Lightroom and trying to figure a lot of things out. Photoshop CS3 + Bridge seems to be much easier for me. *probably have spoken too soon*
Actually, cooking is very therapeutic for me. Making this meal certainly helped with taking my mind off the not-so-fun bits about digital photography. Well, I don’t find them so fun because I’m an analog girl. Got to get (reluctantly) into the 21st century, though, right? Right?! Well, it just seems like the simplest things become unnecessarily complicated. Then the tough bits that should be complicated are so clear. WTFH.
Enough babbling and ranting, I need to stay away from the MacBook for the rest of the time that I’m awake today!! I’m looking forward to my morning run tomorrow, really really really.
Homemade (and minced by my Cuisinart!) organic chicken-garlic meatballs, with a simple tomato + basil sauce, spinach, whole grain spaghetti, and fresh organic ricotta cheese. So, so good… if I do say so myself.
