I love to eat! I live to eat!

Umbrella & galoshes kind of day.

Ta-da! I can’t believe that I’ve actually posted on my blog for 3 days in a row! Let’s hope that I don’t run out of steam, hehehe. It’s been a good morning, though since I don’t have to go to a job today… it’s starting out pretty slow. I’m looking forward to this coming Sunday because a good friend and I will be at the Komen Race for the Cure, in Frankfurt-am-Main. This will be my first one and since I have a close friend who recently battled cancer (and won!), it will be an even more awesome day! October will also be a great month, especially since the ever talented and great friend of mine,Yasmina, will be coming for a visit!! Then, I hope to tag along with her to the Netherlands (Eindhoven & Amsterdam) for a few days. If all works out as planned in my mind. ;) Oh joy!

For the past few days, I’ve been wanting to eat toast with some sort of jam and a simple fried egg for breakfast. Today I remembered that I had two type of delicious organic müsli in our cupboard. Chocolate, of course, and regular with nuts. The fridge in our current apartment is a small one, it’s cute and practical, but I can never buy too many perishable items at once. Luckily, I had some organic yoghurt to go with my breakfast. Of course, I also made a soy milk latte with the fresh coffee that I bought the other day. I can’t say enough that Mr.E makes the freaking best coffee drinks!! Well, that’s his talent in the kitchen. So is baking, but I can’t watch him do it because he’s so overly methodical about it… drives me mad because I did pastry for a living at one point in my life. It’s OK, that’s my impatience kicking in. ♥
Anyway, I should probably head out into the rain to see what’s going on out there. A fabulous Thursday to all!
